There are many ways we need your help for our upcoming Cultural Festival, which will be held on Sunday 11 October, 2026.
VOLUNTEER ROLES - SUNDAY 11 OCTOBER 2026
Set Up Team: Set up A1 Courtyard in preparation for dinner - 12 noon - 3.00pm
Pack Down Team: Pack down A1 Courtyard after dinner - From 5.30pm
Sign In Team: Welcome and hosting guests - 3:15pm - 5pm
Beverage Team: Selling cold drinks - 3:15pm - 5:30pm
Amenities and Bin Team: Continuous throughout event - 3.30pm - 5.30pm
Wash Up Team: Kitchen Wash up support - 5:15pm - 6pm
* Please note there are limited places in each role and we may need to ask you to fill in for a different role
